    Pros

    Good insurance
    The thought and practice of safety first for customer is complimentary

    Cons

    Technology and management are quite traditional and unstable which hold them back to the more advanced level.
    Long working hours and the mix of operation with merchandise team makes employee feel very worn out everyday.

    Opportunities to meet people from around the world and communicate with them.
    Brush up on your Japanese and English communication skills.

    A lot of standing.
    A lot of free-time for English interpreters.
