    need to come up with better scheduling options. honestly liked working for the company, but hours just did not work well for family life.

    Benefits were great under TCH. Company discounts and program incentives were always appreciated.

    Cons

    New benefits after Premise took over. Compensation needs to promote long term employment.

    They pay according to industry standards. Thus leaving the position a stepping stone rather than a career.

    Pros

    Good work environment. Friendly staff offers two divisions one Retail and Customer. Nice work when available good opportunities up and coming company

    Cons

    Retail still up and coming so work hours where not available working per diem not what it could be lack of stability in that regards difficulty with contacts long turn around

    Great salary, awesome manager, love the autonomy and Independence, collaborating physician was always accessible for questions.

    Did not like having to Work every other weekend

    Working every 3rd weekend would be better

    This company has good pay for work load expectations.
    Very flexible and accommodating schedule. Benefits and
    salary are higher than average office jobs in Charlotte, NC.

    Cons

    Providers micro manage staff, not much room for personal growth,
    office culture is strict and management will not have your back, this is a
    very corporate feeling company for health care workers.

    Stop micromanaging your employees. Offer growth opportunities and ongoing
    education for all employees to promote professional development.
