    Excellent, thorough product and sales training - best in the industry. Great Benefits Pay is on the high side for primary care.

    Cons

    Business Units in silos No interaction between sales and managed markets Micromanaged to metrics vs. appropriate business plans on the territory / district level.

    Pros

    Takeda was a great work environment if you enjoy the corporate America feeling. They were organized with their training and the clinical learning environment was thorough.

    Cons

    Management styles were full of micromanaging and little to no recognition. There was no room for growth or promotion within the company. Not only this but their primary care sales continually had dwindling resources and zero pipeline for product development.

    People you work with are top notch professionals who care about their job. It's a great company that you can build a career

    Cons

    Lack of future. The new drug pipeline is minimal. The upper management ensured us that no downsizing was going to happen, a few months later a large number of people were let go from the company.

    Pros

    Benefit package is fantastic, and the vacation and personal time off is hard to beat anywhere else. There are some great reps who are still there.

    Cons

    Nothing in the pipeline, constantly in a state of reorganization, very reactive to the industry instead of proactive. The only requirement to being a District Manger is being able to move to Chicago which has led to many incompetent people being in those positions.

    Good company to work for. Great benefits especially 401K, company car, vacation, and health insurance. Training is also top notch and is working to improve promotion for reps.
