    Pros

    Salary and benefits good. Flexibility in terms of home-working. Great central location. In general, staff easy going and HR very approachable

    Cons

    Not enough professional development though this will depend on one's manager. Too much centralised control in Boston office. Lack of transparency. Top heavy company.

    Advice to Management

    Recognise your N-1 talents and abilities. Personal development plans are written to be read! Be more transparent about what is happening in company. Have regular meetings to inform group of what is happening within and between functions. Improve communication!

    Pros

    Good flexible approach to global working, with friendly and collaborative staff. Strong and principled Japanese ethics running through company

    Cons

    Poor support from senior management and little HR support in company initiatives - including re-organisations, poor approach to budget spend and over the top and unnecessary business travel.

    Advice to Management

    Spend more time "on the ground" to see issues that can be easily resolved and take decisive action on lingering issues.
