    Pros

    Great employee discount. On boarding and training were superior compared to previous emplorer. Talbots upper management is extremely supportive and easy to talk to talk. So happy to be with a company who truly cares about it's employees.

    leadership really aims to live their company mantra, mission, values. Ideas are heard openly, and considered in all aspects

    Cons

    role is all encompassing and pay does not necessary reflect all the different hats that are worn during the role. Scheduling in call center does not allow for a work/life balance with a family at home

    Pros

    Really nice people and office environment! Great for starting out in the industry. They are very willing to teach what you don't know.

    Cons

    Good at serving their customer but are not very innovative when it comes to design. It's not very riveting work.

    Great company the customers are the best part. It's easy to work for a company that values it's reputation.

    The work life balance is often difficult to maintain. Work expectations are high with little resources.
