    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Talend full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Learning a lot from different kinds of assignments and different technologies, possibility to travel to different countries, nice colleagues and bright perspective for a pre-IPO company that is growing a lot into new markets (BigData and Cloud Data Integration)

    Cons

Not as dynamic as other top small companies might be, since 2013 engaged into a spare strategy before IPO (most salaries that I know of are slightly under the market), no clear career path, Trainings are mostly self-paced and limited to the company products.

    Advice to Management

The management should stress more on training and technical content development. They should as well close the IPO ASAP to avoid a lingering sense of spare strategy.
