      Pros

Only pro is being able to work remotely and choose orders.

      Cons

Ridiculous amount of work for a mere $30 per resume. It's not worth it. My advice is to look anywhere else to work if you're interested in actually making a decent wage or feeling like the company you're working for cares at all about you.

      Pros

Now is a good time to join, growing fast, lots of opportunity to contribute meaningfully. Leadership change has been mostly positive.

      Cons

Company is still working out some kinks in processes, moving too fast in some instances, company is still a work in progress.

Not a good place for writers.

      Pros

Yes, you do get to work remotely and yes, that does mean you can work in your pajamas.

      Cons

The quota is extremely aggressive and pay is not equal to the workload. They will sell you on the awesome work/life balance, but unless you can EASILY write 3 resumes a day, manage client communications and revisions, be available for near constant 'staff meetings' and all over the communication channels, you will be miserable here. Every writer I talked to worked 50 to 60 hours a week just to make quota and 'quota' was a moving variable. There has been an incredibly high turnover rate among staff writers due to the workload. People start off excited and eager only to leave with complete burnout.
