    Pros

    no traffic, nice environment, nice boss, great cafeteria, lovely people, best benefits,close to home, great salary plus benefits and 401k is great

    Cons

    lonely, noisey, bad boss, air conditioning is too cold, not enough windows, no bonuses, dress code , fire some employees, can close the business down

    Advice to Management

    hire better people, build more space, more windows, better carpeting, higher ceilings, bring pets to work, hire more women not men make the room temp warmer

    I worked at Talent Search People full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Its a nice place( colleges wise), you will learn a lot in a fast environment. If you like challenges you will enjoy it a lot.

    Cons

    High stress level, they will ask you to do overtime (for free obviously) otherwise you are not a good worker. The commissions are almost unreachable and if in one quarter you don’t reach 100% of your objective you will have to make it up for the rest in the next quarter... if you get along with your boss you might stay for more than 3 months...high turn over of employment is really unstable.

    Advice to Management

    Try to keep seniority in the company, your clients will appreciate it. Stop building wall for people to reach their targets and help them by giving more training.

    You get to learn a lot and handle situations you won't handle until way later in some other companies I had the luck of having amazing co-workers

    Cons

    You're thrown to danger right after your first month, objectives are complicated, you deal with a lot of workloads, management is terrible, the payment is way lower than the media in the sector

    Just the co-workers and environment

    Cons

    - very low salary and imposible objective - CEO's just worry for the money - The executive manager only cares about the KPI's and objective. Not interested in relating to workers - Dispatch workers if they have a different opinion - The managers are authoritarian and you can not trust them - The routine is back to school

    - You can work with final clients (some of them are really good) - Co-workers - Working there open your doors to new opportunities

    Cons

    - I think that the big problem with that company is that it once was a great company to work because it had great people there which make a lot of money and create excelent teams. This people had a lot of pression to keep doing even more money and they left. Now the company is understanding the true nature of the bosses and sadly, it's not what it was anymore (that's why I left). - They ask you to make 8k/15k for month...

    Advice to Management

    If you want Talent, which makes a lot of sense, you should want to retain that talent. This makes even more sense. Being big it's not about earning a lot a paying nothing. Everyone could be a master businessman with that attitude, even a little kid. The truth is that you need people to trust in you and that they feel valued to create a big company
