      Strong Executive leadership. The best products in the market. Fun exciting team environment. work/family time balance. Company practice to give back to our community.

      Would like to see an increase in the referral bonus plan. We are going to do a lot of hiring this year!! What an awesome place to work.

      I have been with TalentGuard for more than 3 years and I have seen this company continue to evolve. Each aspect of the company has continued to develop and through this process the company never settles for mediocrity. TalentGuard has a team full of inspiring employees who are committed to achieving something great and making our mark in this industry.

      Cons

      As a growing company there comes some growing pains. This company has continued to grow and so has its processes, which takes time to develop and fully see through. Similarly as a growing company, wearing many hats is common but as we continue to grow, new positions will become responsible to fully execute on areas that were managed by one individual before.
