I worked at Talenthouse full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get good at defending yourself, great learning experience of how bad things could be, make a list and avoid at your next position.

    Cons

We would receive funding, execs pull up in new cars. Meanwhile the employees wouldn't get paid on time.
The title VP is given to almost everyone. Sales team is unable to sell anything.

    Advice to Management

Therapy. Years of therapy. realize your not (important) and people see through the flashy dance.

Please save your resume from this disgrace of an agency

I worked at Talenthouse (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    None.
    - You may learn to proactively take initiatives and meet many new clients as anyone who has heard or worked with Talenthouse India in past would not even consider working with them again. So in a way you learn a lot about business development and getting the work done as nobody will help you in reaching out to clients.

    Cons

    False commitments from management
No work culture. If you are a fresher out of college, you will just be burnt with unnecessary work or get laid back and totally wasted.
No growth as company has not been able to grow since 5 years
Bad reputation with clients. It is a small world and anyone you approach to will end up feeling cheated as Talenthouse India fails to deliver and you will be blamed by managing as well clients will remember your face

    Advice to Management

Talenthouse US should actually take a call on how their name is wrongly being abused by weak management at Reliance Entertainment. As for management at Reliance Talenthouse in Mumbai - seriously need to analyze how disastrous their behavior is to other people and their business

I have been working at Talenthouse full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Recent new management, cool new offices, working with brands and celebrities, and most importantly working with an incredible community of multi talented artists. Great work from home and holiday benefits.

    Cons

Just coming out of start up mode so still finding its way with systems and process but nearly there. Previously had a very junior team but that's changed now.

    Advice to Management

Continue to recruit more talented Staff to bring this great idea. Keep investing in the community and product as its a life changing platform for creators.

I worked at Talenthouse full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The concept of the company is fantastic - helping artists (of all skill levels and verticals) to participate in big-name campaigns. Talenthouse serves as the essential middle ground for artists to boost their visibility and to gain unique, monetary opportunities.

    Cons

    Poor management.
    Directionless.
Toxic company culture, at least in the Los Angeles office.
Turn-over too high; switching employees every month will not solve the greater issues at hand.
    Financial Mismanagement.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in your employees.
Focus on building a more positive company culture that mirrors the company's mission of openness, creativity, & respect.
Listen to your users to help drive product and to enhance user experience.
