    I worked at Talentica full-time for less than a year

    No pros can say this.

    Cons

    Worst project management seen in my whole career in Talentica itself, Project manager is not able to take decisions of his/her own and having 10+ years of experience. Team lead and project manager is not ready to listen the concern, forget about to resolve the concern. No cab facility, worst cafeteria.

    I have been working at Talentica full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great learning experience. Work life balance. Various extra curricular activities (games & parties). Regular salary paid. Weekend off. Health insurance for whole family.

    Cons

    Less chance to grow once you reach Senior level. Salary increment is not as per company standard. No onsite opportunity.

    ~Very good career growth ~You can join as a junior software engineer and grow in rank to become the development lead in 3 to 4 years ~Founders of the company/Directors/Leads give you a lot of freedom to experiment various things ~Very good starting pay and then hikes are good

    I have been working at Talentica full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    * Core development work. * Cutting edge technology. * Some Managers are really good and some are worst. Your growth matters on which Team you are part of. The Best part of Talentica is you can switch to any team or Technology(depending on its availability). Senior management is very helpful in this matter. * Flat hierarchy. You can raise your concern to even CEO and CTO. * Depending on your manager some team has very friendly and helpful environment and some has toxic.

    Cons

    * I don't know why but they have very short-sighted "Retention Policy". They make promises which mostly they don't fulfill upon withdrawing the resignation. So make sure you get what you have been told before withdrawing the resignation. * Very complex promotion procedure. This is complex because decisions are made by senior management and maybe there are no definite rules. In my personal opinion this is mostly governed by hike percentage(as they have different bands for different roles). They have bi-annual rating system but when it comes to promoting its mostly ignored depending on your hike percentage. Yes, you have done lot of good stuff and get noticed on the organisation level, which puts you on a different level.

    Pros

    -A lot of learning curve. -Most of people are well experience , share knowledge , calm , down to earth , passionate about there work. -Employee are just work alcoholic. They give everything(24 * 7 hrs) to there owned product without asking asking any favour/perks like extra holiday, raise . -Small teams with no conflict of interest . -Admin team does there work smoothly (y)

    Cons

    - Give confident/support to the core team. People of Talentica want only few appreciation word for there hard work(24 * 7). They can give life to product . Don't treat as separable entity that can be replaced by Junior. -You can see 100 people entering and exiting in the company within 3 year. They might not stop you if you raise your price value very high. -Give good hike to 4-6 year experience people. They will not leave the company if you do it. Don't give the reason you have not done online courses, not participated in the event, produce 2 bugs in last 6 month which is against the rule written in your KRA for x-level designation, so we are not able to increase your designation or increase the pay scale. -They give hike(30-40%)/change designation/USA opportunity to the people when they resign. Nobody want to work when they see, before 2 month they were not giving 5% hike more due to the reason in 3rd points, now they are offering 35% hike with change in designation from next day.
