I worked at Talisman Energy (Less than a year)

    Pros

Talisman had a great group of people to work with. There was good team support. The benefits were very good.

    Cons

Some of the upper management personnel were not the best quality. Some of them seemed to have a hard time telling the truth and making decisions.

    Advice to Management

I would advised them to get people who know their job and able to make decisions. As the company has been bought, I would advise the new company to get rid of the trash.
