Pros
We are set up to succeed at Talon and are always recognized for hard work. My teammates are professional, enthusiastic, and competitive and we want to win...together!
Cons
There are no downsides of working at Talon

One of our core principles is to Celebrate, so the fact that you are "always recognized for hard work" means that our efforts to practice what we preach are paying off. Let's go win together!

Pros
1- the support from everyone in the company is top notch. I can reach out to the CEO, COO, Sales & Recruiting directors directly anytime on teams/email call anytime for advice/questions which I think speaks volumes. They honestly want to help you succeed. 2- the training manager guides you through the onboarding process daily from your first day, & once training is complete, there are weekly ongoing trainings for questions, or you can message him directly for advice or help any time which was very helpful 3- operations team is on it & available which makes things so much easier when I have technical issues, questions, or want to see where I’m at data wise with production 4- LOVE the team, I saw first hand in person at our sales kickoff (3 days after I started) how well we all got along & the real talent that is here, which keeps us all pushing ourselves to hit goals & having fun too! 5- best commission plan I’ve seen $$$
Cons
The only con I would say is how tough the industry is right now as a whole. I agree with another persons review, you need to have IT experience at this company because the recruiters & sales reps are heavy hitters/hard workers!

Pros
Our ideas and innovations are heard; there is an inclusivity at Talon where everyone can offer ideas, thoughts and perspectives and they are actually taken into consideration. Leadership respects every level of employee and values their contributions.

Our business is tough right now; but the positive attitude from every single employee is a testament to our culture. I am excited for when business takes a turn. We are ready to support our customers !

Pros
True Meritocracy - If you work hard, you will be rewarded! No micromanagement - Talon hires smart people to do their jobs Engaged Senior Leadership - Conversations about work performance are private, respectful and useful. Any critique is also brought on with a plan to help fix issues. Comp plan! One of the most aggressive commission structures I have ever seen. Along with perks at ATTAINABLE goals and metrics. C - Suite WANTS you to hit those goals and wants to celebrate every win we can as a team. Best Tools to do your job - The Tech Stack is unlike any I have worked with before. Rivals any "Big Guy" in the tech investment. 100% remote - Gives a great Work/Life Balance with people who care about you as a person. Culture, Culture, Culture - Our Culture rains down from C suite into everything we do. We hire for culture, and to make each other better Metrics driven - Everything is tracked, not to hold against KPI's, but to look at data and see where you are succeeding as well as where you may need to step it up so you can succeed.
Cons
100% Remote - You need to have the discipline to be able to work remotely. Tons of distractions in the outside world but your team is counting on you to do your job. So if you are not someone who can be 100% remote, this is not the place for you.

So grateful for all of your kind words here. Maintaining and enhancing company culture in a 100% remote environment is certainly something we work on tirelessly. That is part of the reason we had our company kickoff meeting in person in Orlando this year. Was so great to spend some in-person time with our teammates. Go Talon!

Pros
I truly enjoy working at Talon! Since day 1 of joining the team, I felt as though the team/management really cares. What is so different about Talon, then any other organization that I have been a part of is the training program and the awesome Commission Structure. The Training Manager is very organized, friendly and goes above and beyond in making sure that you are set up for success!! It is nice to know that you can go to your peers, managers, ect for any questions/advice!!
Cons

Pros
commission structure is good but this is the only pro
Cons
The leadership team does not listen to their employees at all. They preach culture and throw it in your face constantly but you can easily see right through it.

I am sorry that you felt that way. I promise you that we do indeed listen to the feedback and suggestions from our team. Many of the improvements that we have made to the company over the years have come directly from the suggestions of our team members. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean that we will always agree with, or be able to implement every suggestion we get - and sometimes that will come across as us not listening, which appears to have been the case with you. Good luck with your career!

Pros
Some great teammates and WFH
Cons
Layoffs like crazy but always hiring just to let them go, low low low pay, frat energy and management doesn’t manage. No diversity.

From our Director of Recruiting: "As a female leader in this organization, I’ve had an unbelievable experience working at Talon. During my tenure, there have been many opportunities for growth as Talon seeks out ways to enrich and empower each member of the team. Part of my responsibility is to interview prospective candidates to work at Talon. Each candidate I speak to is always impressed with our commission structure, and even more so when we compare their current book of business to our model so they can see how much more money they can make here."
