    Pros

Good training program for tellers. Manager of the tellers was very personable with all of their team. Overall good place to work with good coworkers too!

    Cons

Being a teller at the Ybor branch can become extremely hectic sometimes. Old technology also hurts the tellers here I feel.

Small Company, your contributions could make a difference

Small company, small minded, no longer leader centric organization.

    Advice to Management

You have to speak with people about performance, good and bad, consistently.

I worked at Tampa Bay FCU full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great team-focused environment. Lots of communication. Family like atmosphere.

    Cons

Business model needs updating. Branch appearance is dated and unwelcoming. Some people are there because they've been there forever, not because they're awesome.

    Advice to Management

Visit other CUs....look at other institution's branches.

I worked at Tampa Bay FCU full-time

    Pros

Small gym and shower on site.
Great benefits but the pay is low for state standards.
    Coworkers are generally nice.

    Cons

This place was awesome with the old CEO. He just retired in June. The new one? Total idiot! People are dropping like flies - by quitting.

The person who was head of HR is now put in charge of about 50% of the departments. Think about that - an HR freak in charge of others. All I heard was how everyone is putting out resumes to get out of the company as soon as they can. The new CEO is not the brightest crayon in the box (just talk to him for 5 minutes and that weird, fake smile will haunt your sole). This company is going downhill fast. Run!

    Advice to Management

Nothing will work at this point. You are too stubborn.
