    Pros

People are just caught up in life. This company is going through some changes. People get laid off at a lot of places. That is the free market and other factors. Come to work, bust your rear, and you will be recognized. Life is too short to be negative ;)

    Cons

    The coffee there is terrible

    Advice to Management

    Keep truckn'

I have been working at Tangoe full-time

    Pros

Easy work, decent pay. As long as you show up to work you'll always have a job. It's not about quality it's about quantity. All you have to do is answer the phone and get the people off as quick as possible. Cake work.

    Cons

The work is easy but you have to walk on eggshells and not upset the many, many people who all think that they are the boss. Someone literally told a customer that they were "out of "expletive" line". They still have a job. I saw someone fired for attendance. Neither is right but come on, let's be real.

    Advice to Management

GET IT TOGETHER!! The internet has many stories that don't reflect the company in a positive light. Many employees are talking about it and the buzz is just getting louder. KEEP US IN THE LOOP.

    Pros

A lot of opportunity to learn

    Cons

Amount of work and tasks is extremely high. Pay is not good and some people that just got hired as analysts sometimes are offered more money than team leads and managers, depending on who they know in the company.

I worked at Tangoe full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

bonuses, work from home on select day(s) (depends on team manager), PTO, flexible work schedule, great healthcare benefits, growing company so layoff possibility is low, opportunities to move around in the organization (limited, but very possible), managers are more interested in hiring people who they will enjoy working with so teammates are nice people

    Cons

expected to work well over 40 hours a week, sometimes 50-60 hours. very quiet office (could be seen as a pro instead of a con)

    Pros

Coworkers are the best and immediate manager is proactive to assist the employees.

    Cons

Systems do not cross populate information therefore all the systems used are built as silos. It makes doing the job take too long and frustrating. Work load is impossible and stress levels are high for all positions, yet the company has had layoffs instead of hiring more to ease the load and make it possible for employees to do their job successfully. Tangoe is a global company but more and more U.S. jobs seem to be moving to China and India.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to how well the clients are served. Spreading the employees so thin is causing bad customer service.
