    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Tanknology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Single hotel rooms, company vehicle, travel.

    Cons

16 hr. days with drive time. Asked by management to perform tasks without training. 90000 kms. done in first year. Management disconnected. Growing too quickly, and service suffers because of it.

    Advice to Management

Hire someone with logistics training. Smarter scheduling would reduce some travel. If you have a tech on the road for two to three weeks, give them days in lieu for the weekends that they worked through. Nepotism is rampant in the office culture.

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

I started in the field, and was promoted up to the office.
Time off is excellent. We have the option of working summer hours.
    Company is growing rapidly.

    Cons

Office culture is a little disconnected at times. Can feel like no one is pulling their weight.
Leadership can tend to lack in organizational skills.
Too many people trying to make friends. Business should be business, not social hour.
Compensation tends to be on the low side.

    Advice to Management

    Better compensation structures.
more work flexibility (work from home options)
show more future plans (where do we want to be?)
better organize the operations of field work
