I worked at Tanner's Bar and Grill full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Easy to learn, lots of hours, very lenient as long as your job was done. Owner usually would fix anything right away.

    Cons

Management has gotten so complacent that i cleaning over an inch of grease when i moved out fryers, literally shoveling solidified grease. Kitch mamager has very poor hygiene and i personally have watch him serve food the fell on the floor.

    Advice to Management

Someone needs to care and stop driving out good employees. Also the evaluate on time with the company not work progression or effort.

I worked at Tanner's Bar and Grill part-time

    Pros

Flexible work schedule that worked around the times I was available
The people I worked with were great
