I have been working at Tantalus full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Salary, Co-Workers, Benefits, Interesting Work Culture

    Cons

No education reimbursement benefit, No personal and professional development plan, lack of processes

    Advice to Management

Stay the course of change to improve the process development. Invest in employees personal/professional development other than compensation. Structure the annual review process. Tighten the belt across the board.

I love that you called us a small company with big ambitions! The future is bright, for sure!

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Tantalus (More than a year)

    Pros

Canadian location is nice I suppose.

    Cons

Chaotic, disorganized, poorly managed (dictatorial mentality).
Product technology is way past it's sell by date compared to the many better alternatives and I think management knows it!

    Advice to Management

Read the One Minute Manager, over and over and over and over again. Berating employees in front of each other from a position of ignorance accomplishes nothing positive.
