I worked at Target full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    People, process, benefits, perks.
After leaving Target I worked multiple places & I have to say there is no culture like Target's .. you feel your a part of a family.

    Cons

Too much corporate politics, too much promotins for non deserving/ non hardworking & that's do to toxic politics going on.

    Advice to Management

Value the hard workers VS the ones with status

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Target offers a fast, fun and friendly work environment for their employees. Pay is considerably better than most retailers.

    Cons

It can be difficult to move up without a degree. There have been numerous times where employees who were well qualified for the position were overlooked for promotion due to not having a bachelor's degree.

    Advice to Management

My only advice to management would be to expect that you will and should be working side by side with the team members. All employees regardless of position are all there for the same purpose, which is to provide great service and drive sales.
