I have been working at Target part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Ive worked at Target for several years and my main pro is that they are usually willing to let you float between different departments.

    Cons

My main downside is pay. Even though its above minimum wage, some of go above and beyond for the store only to get back handed.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Target full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I enjoy the people I work with and the work I do. Working as a brand team member allows me to do a lot of different things around the store as well as take on a leadership role within my team.

    Cons

Often times we are quite busy and understaffed which means a lot of time spent at the front lanes rather than taking care of my area.

    Advice to Management

Getting a bigger payroll to support our high traffic store would be helpful. I understand that getting guests through the check lanes is the number one priority but if everyone is at the lanes and not on the floor helping the guests I believe guest service and VIBE suffers just as much.
