I worked at Target full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The discount is nice and your team members will absolutely make or break you! You meet a diverse group, and you learn A LOT about corporate life!

    Cons

Corporate life. You are a number. You are nothing to them but a means to the bottom line. If you are a team lead, expect a beating on your morale.

    Advice to Management

The people that work at your stores are exactly that-people. They are not a number of positive or negative feedback at review.
