I have been working at Target full-time (Less than a year)
The people I’ve worked with have been very helpful on my journey here. I appreciate how my coworkers are always willing to teach.
Little to no development from Sr leaders. They are running around worried about filling out a gemba board and don’t spend any quality time with their team. I rarely see my leader so outside of them checking my board I really don’t get any face time with him.

You get to walk the store daily keeping you in shape
70+ hours per week for wages that sound great but after you subtract the hours over 40 = sweat shop wages.
