    Pros

    Cons

Management needs to get on the same page regarding new direction. Some Managers acquired headcount and aren't up for that challenge.

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Huge budgets. Great projects. You get to work with some great agencies and photographers.

    Cons

Many in management are fools. Their careers have only escalated because they know how to hire well but they themselves are talentless. You get a creative title but are either doing production work on campaigns that other agencies started or you're managing agencies.

    Advice to Management

Ask employees about the upper management. There are some high level folks who make it a bad place to work. You can tell they fear those who are smarter than them.

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

great life-work balance (stable work hours), competitive pay.

    Cons

Sad vacation time : 2 weeks per year.
Not much attention to assets/work environment for creative groups.
Creatives can only aspire to be "seniors", not much creative growth opportunities after that level, unless implies management roles.

    Advice to Management

Increase vacation time every year in the company (one or 2 days more per year).
Invest in workspace /equipment for creative groups: current PC screens for creatives are FAR of a standard in the creative community, cubicles with zero sun light are NOT fostering creativity.
