    Pros

Around holidays they provide food when working over time. They have a board where you can write something positive about your fellow employees.

    Cons

The only con is that most of the positions are minimum wage and there is little room to move up from that.

I worked at Target as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Company culture
    Pay
    Get every other weekend off
Having a mentor to walk you through everything.
Opportunity to have full time job offer upon completion of the internship.

    Cons

Depending on the field your place into can have wild hours. I was a logistics intern and has to be at store at 5 AM.

Having a good internship is largely depend me on having a good mentor. Do everything possible to have good relationship with your mentor.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the mentors you place interns with are truly the best of the best. No one deserves to have a bad internship because they have an inexperienced or easily frustrated mentor.
