    I worked at Target full-time

    Pros

Some structure with HR as far as weekly and monthly check-ins with management. Mornings meetings were usually informative.

    Cons

Management was very unprofessional most of the time. They always had a 'my way or the highway' attitude and did not help foster creativity and ideas.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in employees and their talents. Don't ignore them because of your seniority. Target attracts a lot of diversity which should be appreciated.
