    I worked at Target

    Pros

Great team work and friendly atmosphere, especially when your manager hasn't lost their marbles.

    Cons

Managers usually lose their marbles and there is a lack of communication among absolutely everyone.

    Advice to Management

Communication and team work needs to be worked on.

Lower your expectations for Redcard sales, most people don't actually want one.
