I have been working at Target part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Decent starting pay, HR is really easy to work with, usually very accommodating with scheduling and working within medical limitations

    Cons

Benefits are pretty much only for full time. Full time for anything other than management is non-existent. Advancement is extremely slow. And they tend to hire outside the company for management instead of promoting from within.
