    They will work with you and your schedule.

    Cons

    Management is only worried about covering their own butts. They will tell you do something and if what they tell you turns out to be wrong they will tell higher level management that we didn't pay them any mind.

    40 hour work week, Can have a good relationship with coworkers

    Cons

    Management does not care, Compensation does not reflect the work you put in, Lack of recognition, Barely any growth opportunities

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees like people, not as rocks to step on and crush in order to get yourseld promoted. If an employee wants to grow within the company then help them instead of acting like they arent worthy.

    Good pay. I had a great commute there and back. My coworkers were helpful

    Bad management.They tend to over work YOU with very little benefits

    Care about your employees a little bit more. We are not robots.
