    Very dedicated company to its customer service. It had good leaders and knows how to make sales on a daily basis.

    Cons

    Sometimes you can lose hours due to what time of year it is. Christmas and Halloween are very busy

    Pros

    Lot of people working. Organized, and fun place to work. HR does a great job being located in each store.

    Cons

    Typical corporation. Expects a lot, but does not pay what you are really worth. A lot of Executives like to just walk around and not set the example by pushing merchandise from the back room.

    Advice to Management

    Please do your share in pushing merchandise. And get out of the offices!

    Pros

    Super friendly. Team member discount. If you want to move up, management will work with you to help you get there and give you opportunities to "prove" yourself.

    Cons

    Occasionally stressful, can feel underpaid. GSA position is not quite management but you still have management responsibilities and accountability.

    Advice to Management

    Either make the GSA management or stop treating them like management.
