I worked at Target part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Team Leads were always helpful, on top of things and trusted me. Co-workers were helpful and easy to work with. Pay is fine, just above minimum wage but I would much rather walk around a store than work a deep fryer. Breaks and lunches are mandatory, frequent enough. May ask you to stay longer past your shift, but you can always say no. Can pick how many hours you want to work (as long as it's under 40) and what schedule works for you.

    Cons

The job can get mind-numblingly repetitive. Stock, clean, repeat. Customers (guests) can be very rude and hard to deal with. Some weird shifts can occur (closing one day and opening the next), especially when understaffed or at holiday season.
