I worked at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    15 minute paid breaks
    Starts at $10/hr
Always free food/drinks in break room

    Cons

Managers are not organized/slack at job.
HR department did not let me fill out my tax information after multiple times of asking them. They would deduct money that was not accounted for out of my pay checks, then would act like nothing is happening when I confront them about it.
All phone calls to the store go back to the fitting room so whoever is working back there doesn’t get much work done.
There isn’t enough mydevices for every employee on the sales floor.
Discount is horrible, you can’t even use it when using debit or credit card.
Managers never showed up to train me.
    No room to move up

    Advice to Management

    Be more organized
