    I worked at Target part-time

    Pros

Energetic staff, and lots of treats an rewards.

    Cons

Target red card mania.....while you do get little snacks, gift cards etc for red cards, it would be better to make it a commission system. Maybe $2 to $5 per application. Lastly training needs to be better. They kind of just throw you around.

    Advice to Management

Make the reward system more worth while.
