I have been working at Target part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great people, good opportunities, lots of volunteering opportunities, raises, better benefits over time, opportunities to train in different parts of store

    Cons

working in retail sucks a lot of the time, guests can get very cranky, cashiering is the worst job you can get there, can get old after awhile.
