    Pros

    Flexibility of schedule and Cross-training opportunities

    Cons

    Limited opportunity for growth.
    You had to very close with the ETL in order to develop or get hours.
    Annual raise was annual and not enough to compensate work.

    Pros

    Can pick up shifts and trade shifts easily, coworkers are friendly and helpful

    Cons

    Low pay, terrible management, terrible hours that forces you to pick up shifts, things concerning ethics aren't taken seriously, talked down to by management, they pick favorites there and if they don't like you they try to get you in trouble for little things all the time.

    Advice to Management

    Do a better job and I wouldn't be leaving soon.

    none unless your one of there favorites

    promised to be crossed trained- never happened- promised to work guest service never happened- promised self ck never happened- whenever i asked for help i was ignored- not treated fairly not treated like other cashiers- favortism in extremes - coat was stolen no one helped me find it- unfair reviews.. i asked at least 6 of them at least dozens of times to keep promise to get me off register. they refused to help always had a excuse.. except for there favorites they do not care about there cashiers

    Advice to Management

    stop lying- stop the favortism- treat all equal- stop giving more to thoose less qualified because there monorties

    10% discount on all products in the store
    Opportunity for growth

    Cons

    Constantly nagged to push the Target credit card (Red Card) on guests
    Hours drag if store isn't crowded
    Stressful if store is crowded

    Advice to Management

    Advertisements for the Target Red Card are plastered all over the store and at the registers. Cashiers should not have to press into guests if they would like to sign up because they receive no rewards or benefits for doing so.

    - free food sometimes

    -management is worried more about being "green", than ethical
    -it's nearly impossible to get promoted to an executive/manager role from the inside
    -managers work 10+hrs/day

    Hours, team, benefits, able to get alot of good management skills.

    Cons

    Slavery and non realistic with the amount of work they want us to do with the payroll they give us corporate level get on you without understanding the real problem and reason for stores underperforming.

    Pros

    This company does give a lot of vacation time once you've been there long enough.

    Cons

    Overwhelming for all sales floor associates. Hours are cut every month and things get worse and worse

    Unrealistic expectations on your employees. Little time to care for those that need help to meet expectations.
