    I worked at Target full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Great coworkers, team environment, can be a really fun place to work - Customers treat you like you're human

    Cons

    - Will be required to work absurd hours, sometimes days over 14 hours as a manager - Meager pay, especially if you accept a manager job - Payroll is insane. They don't give out any hours, so it shows the company is dying

    Advice to Management

    Retire, and go work somewhere else like K-Mart, where people who are incapable of running a company should go. You obviously have no ability to compete with other large retailers, so you are the problem. Having a slave labor force paid minimum wage won't make up for your inability to run a company
