I worked at Target for more than 3 years

    Pros

A lot of free food, easy to take days off outside of the holidays or busy seasons, people are generally nice and fun to work with.

    Cons

Some parts of the job are physically demanding, long hours on your feet, you typically have to work most holidays and cannot request off to spend time with your family.
