    Pros

    Competitive Pay
    Plenty of overtime opportunities
Safety is a BIG concern to everybody; one way to find yourself without a job is by not obeying the safety rules

I worked at Target full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Pay was great and fair, Shifts were good for work life balance.

    Cons

Difficult to move up within the warehouse. You really got to go above and beyond the basic minimums of your job duty. It is kind of like a trail by fire.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to push development in house.

I love working for Target. I've been with the company since 2012 and have not had a complaint big enough to write a review. Pay is great, team and culture is great.

    Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the company.

I worked at Target full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    *Good pay(started at $15.50 + $1.00 for 3rd shift= $16.50)
*Clean warehouse made me like my environment and working more
*Loved that they actually trained you before you were put to work
*Definitely will work for a bigger company from now on, smaller companies cant afford half the things Target afforded.
*Good people, I think they were happier because they paid nice, so they worked longer and harder. A plus for everyone.
*Multiple break rooms, and plenty of individual training periods, some days we trained the time we were supposed to work, appreciated these breaks out of the routine, thanks.
*target is just a very good company, in every way.

    Cons

*strict about attendance after the first couple of times, but it's pretty much no warning then last warning, so watch attendance(like ANY job though)
*Its seems like there wasn't really much promotion. Though I left before even finding out. Although I did get paid $16/hr, which is good, it made you think I wonder if this job is a dead end job. This made me pursue finishing my college degree even harder.

    Advice to Management

uh, definitely warn people early about the severity of punishment on attendance, how long it takes to get there, and that you are counting their attendance totals, and that it can harm their overall performance.
