Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at Target full-time for more than 2 years
Pros
People, salary, 10% discount
Cons
Long Hours, working holidays, lack of forward thinking management-no vision, no advancement opportunities due to terrible business decisions like opening and closing 200 Canada Targets and selling the Clinic and Pharmacy to CVS
Advice to Management
Value your top producing team members by recognizing their accomplishments, occasionally saying thank you. Too much favoritism and the "good old boy" network.

Pros
Opportunity for more hours are always there and you get 5% discount
Cons
No work life balance. You will work what they give when they give it. Guests walk all over employees here and management takes no control of situation
Advice to Management
Care about your employees and do a better job at communicating amongst yourselves and other team members. It's not all about red cards but the guest experience too!

RecommendsI worked at Target
Pros
Working at night is fun and lay back. You don't deal with customers and get $5 worth of food every Friday.
Cons
Not much working recognition. Managers don't really appreciate your effort and the raise is too little.
Advice to Management
Give more recognition to workers.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Target part-time for more than a year
Pros
They don't breath down your neck. They allow you to do you job to what best suits you. And I appreciate that of them. As long as you are a hard worker, you can do your job with out anyone bothering you.
Cons
This Target has no cons that I can imagine or think of. The only thing is, and that depends on the employee and the city in which you live, the bus to get to work for me is very unreliable. But as far as Target, they treat you like family in my experience.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work!
