Great employee culture, opportunities for promotion
Biggest reason people quit was immediate management was unbearable, and pulled shady if not illegal stuff with scheduling (changing schedule within 24 hours with no notice, scheduling during unavailable hours, giving extra hours as personal favors)
Advice to Management
Cut the nepotism, and hire HR from an outside source. Gossip is rife and it's extremely unprofessional to have an HR person who indulges in it.
