    Pros

nothing to say.....helpful colleagues, but otherwise no positives

    Cons

top leaders suck at there jobs!!! esp the half indians those who are born here & work abroad & come back to india, the companys hr policy is that in first 3 months they will screen you your work will gossip about you& your personality, in feedback sessions from your team?? dumb & dabba company, the top management expects that we run around you, chat up with you, but no questions are asked to you directly, cheap salaries, dumb decisions, make you feel like you are stealing from company?? doesnt give you mobility expected to stay back or work late even when not needed, then are questioned every decision, you have your own assistant but the difficult work is given to other secys, the sr secys are given off but jr secys have to handle lots of responsibility, sr management is directionless, constant meetings & constant trainings, constant new changes, constant new plans, then visitors who keep visiting india as if they are coming to alien country!

    Advice to Management

grow up, do some proper plannings & honesty itself doesnt help in growing company, constant bickering & working without proper planning, overloading employees, directionless leaders, unimpressive speeches & unimpressive hr policies, make no sense, trying to cut employees salary & throwing rules to the employee when everyone is following the same rules, working hours are counted as if people are slaves!! no benefits are given no additional support is given useless company
