    Pros

Company promotes internally and puts a lot of time and effort into developing their employees.

    Cons

As a salaried worker, you work 55+ hours a week, on a week with no visits from upper management.

    Advice to Management

Increase work/life balance for salaried workers by hiring more hourly workers. If salary workers work a 12-14 hour day, they should have a 4 day work week.
