I have been working at Target full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love to shop at Target because I can go in and get what I want and get out in no time. Either in the regular line or self service, there is no line waiting.

    Cons

I have not really seen any downside of this yet.

    Advice to Management

As I stated above, I have not seen anything, and I started shopping regularly at Target, althoug, no matter whatever we do in life; there is always space for improvement.

    Pros

Plenty of hours, you can basically call and say " hey i wanna work are there hours?" It could also be because of back to school

Not very organized, they called me and listed me as no call no show stating i was scheduled a few times when i wasnt as i had taken pictures of my schedule as proof. They do this to me once a week.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Target full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have a connection with my management team that aids in all things HR! The laid back atmosphere creates a fluid environment and allows for understanding of mistakes!

    Cons

Overwhelming work for the pay. Retail guarantees a minimum of 20 hours so during slow season I do not get 40 hours. The experience of some management is not quite there.

I worked at Target full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

If you work hard, you can get really far in the company. That means that they also pile on A LOT of job responsibilities that aren't yours, or that no one else wants to do. It gives you a lot to put on your future resume if you ever wanted to leave the company. This is coming from a team leader point of view.

    Cons

Sometimes they're so short on management staff that they promote people who don't have a leader bone in their body. Very cliquey, if you personally know any of the leaders in the building your job is safe and you'll never be spoken to about your performance.

If they aren't short on management, it could be literally years before you get promoted, even to just a basic team leader. They also get mad if you work more than 40 hours a week even if they ask you to.
