I have been working at Target part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Everyone gets along with everyone. Were all like a family there, most have been in the same store for years. Lots of opportunity to move up in the company

    Cons

Its retail, so its not for everyone. Theres always mean guests that you have to be nice to. Most of the time you never leave the store right when you technically supposed to be off.
