    There are a lot of PROS that come with a position at Target: Flexible hours, friendly coworkers, great benefits program, up to 5% match on the 401k plan, a clean environment, and competitive pay.

    not enough employees, need hire more people and then things may be a lot better and the store mangers need to be a lot more organized

    Company has gone from a growing company to a company that is standing still greatly limiting developmental opportunities.
