I have been working at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy work. If you are a good worker you will easily outshine everyone else. Management does care about your life outside of work and is flexible. The little perks like special snacks in the breakroom and drawings are fun.

    Cons

Not run like other Target stores. Management does not communicate with each other. About half the workers don't work. They wander and hide, talk on their cell phones, and avoid working in general. They even talk on their cell phones in plain sight of other staff who either don't care or know nothing will be done if they say something.

    Advice to Management

    Fire the dead beats!
