    They started out with a set schedule

    Cons

    after a few weeks they would ask me to stay late and did not like it when I said no. I had other responsibilities, but that did not matter to them.

    If you treat your employees well they will treat your guests well and enjoy being at work.

    Easy for the pay, interactive, builds confidence, great for side job, great for starter job

    Negitive guest encounters, management is uncommunacative, hard to be promoted, holidays hours are really rough

    Discount was not bad. Company does like to promote from within.

    You can't tell who's in charge, and lower level managers get away with too much.

    Having a clear leadership structure is paramount. Not having a clear distinction between them is absurd.

    Flexible schedule , great push for customer service. Very orderly work environment .

    Chance for promotion is limited. Their is a constant problem with being micro managed.
