    Pros

    Get group of people to work with and "guests" are generally friendly and polite

    Cons

    it does become a little overwhelming at times

    Advice to Management

    I like having more than one GSA or GSTL per shift makes coverage easier

    Pros

    The pay is pretty great.

    Cons

    The managers and corporate don’t talk to you correctly . They’re honestly very rude at times. You never really have a set schedule, you can work 5 days one week and 2 the next .

    Advice to Management

    Attempt to form a better relationship with your employees.

    Workmates were fantastic all the time

    Cons

    Higher-ups not so much; except for One cool team lead.

    Advice to Management

    They won’t listen to what I have to say anyways, so I don’t even know why I have to write this statement.
