I worked at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you are someone that enjoys a structured environment, then this company is for you. Amazing team spirit and company culture. Hard work is recognized.

    Cons

The wages were low and minimal to zero merit increases. Push to sell company "Red Card" with zero commission. Minimal benefits as all employees, with the exception of executive team were part-time to avoid providing benefits. Even though being a part-time, employees were required to work full-time hours.

    Advice to Management

The location management team were great. The corporate management team were cold and unapproachable and did not engage with hourly associates.
