    Cons

    work life balance
    politics
    because many of the managers are straight out of college they don't know how to manage and play the blame game a lot
    3 weeks vacation but can use during any holidays
    expect to work 60 hrs / week

    Genuinely enjoyed the culture, my leader, peers, and team members. Human Resources at Target is a well organized and maintained pyramid!

    Opportunities for front line / non-exempt employees were sometimes limited (or felt that way for those employees).

    Find additional opportunities to keep your strong performing team members engaged while they look at their next opportunities within the organization!

    Great benefits and structure. Tons of development and learning opportunities makes target an amazing place to work.

    Working hours, scheduling, work life balance can be cons if you do not know how to control them.

    Everyday is different at Target. You can save a lot if you use coupons and Red Card. Return policy is Great.
