I worked at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility for hours, good co workers, clean environment

    Cons

lack of competence with some managers, bad HR,

    Advice to Management

Fire most of the upper and high new competent employee, I had work my rear to the best ability I can. Always have clock in for lunch and work on time. One time I gotten written up for not going to my lunch on time due to a manager repeatedly sending customers my way and I had specifically with urgency gave them a time in which I had to go to lunch. No one came and he did not let me leave, HR person talk me with a extreme attitude bad mouth me and say that I was given them a attitude. I left the job on a good note with my managers and the majority of the others but HR was gruesome, no respect for their employees. Tried to apply for seasonal position HR says that I have no experience even though I have worked for them for 6-7 months. Would never come to manchester target again as a customer or a employee

    I worked at Target part-time

    Pros

    Very respectful and caring coworkers

    Cons

Management has no clue what they are doing
Senior Team Leads and ETL recognize hard work only from people they are friends with who are from a similar race or ethnic background
Overwhelming amount of work while Senior Team Leads and ETL talk and text on their cellphones
ETL will give discounts to customers based on race and ethnicity
Senior Team Leads do no have a good work ethic at all

    Advice to Management

Show respect for all you employees and not just your friends and you will actually be able to have good workers with good morale so I feel bad for the management here is are obviously clueless to what they are doing.

I worked at Target full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Heavy focus on a team based and inclusive environment.
